We offer a unique setting for corporate events and conferences - Immerse yourself in our tranquil environment that allows guests to reconnect with nature and find space to breathe. With a range of facilities and activities, The Vue is the perfect location for your conference function or event.

VENUE HIRE:

The cost for venue hire is R8,500, granting exclusive use of The Vue's convention centre either from 6pm to 12am or 10am to 4pm, for a maximum of 120 seated guests.

A one-hour consultation with our events coordinator is included.

A 1.5 hour setup window is provided.

Inclusive features comprise a complete sound system perfect for speech, music and dancing. Audio system including speakers, amplifier and roaming microphone

You can utilize our high-definition projector and screen.

The standard décor entails tables and chairs (arranged according to your preference), cutlery, crockery, glasses, salt and pepper, as well as setup.

Additional florals and decor available at an extra cost from our recommended supplier.
BAR FACILITIES:

Our bar is fully equipped and ready for service.

You can bring your own wines for a corkage fee of R60 per bottle. Please have these wines stored and chilled on-site a day before your event. Maximum of 3 x 750ml bottles per table.

All other drinks and alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Vue.
-
We retain the authority to confiscate alcohol not obtained from our venue.
-
Drinking in cars is prohibited, and guests who violate this rule will be requested to leave.

For an open bar, a 10% gratuity will be automatically included.

We'll help you pick a menu that suits your budget and special food needs - You can schedule a meeting with our coordinator at your convenience.

Specific dietary needs will be accommodated with prior arrangement only.

Outside food is not permitted for consumption on the premises.

All prices quoted include 15% VAT and are subject to change, with an expected 5% increase every six months.

Final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed 10 working days before the event date, along with the order of events and table layout.

It's recommended to coordinate with your photographer, videographer, and DJ to include them in the seating arrangement and meal plan.
STAFF:
The Venue hire fee does not cover the presence of our skilled waiters and barmen throughout your function. Staff allocation is as follows:

Two barmen are necessary at a rate of R60 per hour per barman.
-
One waiter per 20 guests, priced at R60 per waiter per hour.
-
Both waiters and barmen will begin their duties one hour prior to your event.

A venue manager will be present during your function to oversee venue related duties and to ensure your event goes ahead as planned.

As part of your package, The Vue will:

Clean the venue before and after your event,

Provide a car park attendant.

Provide Atlas Security (on-call)
